RMC Landscaping is currently hiring a full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise a small crew maintaining our client accounts on Hilton Head Island. This landscaping position earns a competitive wage starting at $18 per hour and more depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

The typical schedule for this landscaping position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with overtime seasonally on Saturdays.

As one of our Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders, you play an essential role in ensuring jobs are done efficiently and effectively. Leading a two-person crew, you inspire them to take pride in their work and produce quality results. Within the allotted time scheduled, you delegate tasks to your crew members including pruning, mowing, trimming, pick up, and fertilizing.

With you on our team, each crew member knows where they need to be and what needs to get done. You take great pride in helping to beautify and improve your community!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER

• 5 years of landscape experience
• 3 years experience as a crew leader
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Irrigation experience
• Chemical knowledge
• Able to work full-time in Hilton Head, SC

Spanish is preferred but not required.
