Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Print Operator to join our team. As a Print Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain printing equipment such as digital printers, envelope printers, bindery/ print finishing equipment.
- Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications
- Monitor print quality throughout the production process, making adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the prepress team to ensure accurate and timely processing of print files
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure printed materials meet customer requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with printing equipment
- Keep track of stock and place orders to replenish stock, including paper and supplies.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading paper and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Preferred Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Print Operator or in a similar role at another print shop.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and technical specifications
- Knowledge of graphic design or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, graphic designers may apply for this role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot printing issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must have the ability to stay focused and calm while juggling many tasks.
