Tacala is Hiring a Payroll Coordinator Near Hills, AL

“ You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.”Job Title: Payroll CoordinatorPayroll Coordinator will be the primary company liaison for payroll related questions for Tacala employees. This could include questions related to pay stubs, garnishments, taxes and other miscellaneous payroll questions. This position will receive a high volume of phone calls. Additionally, the payroll coordinator will provide administrative support to the payroll department as needed. QualificationsHere to Serve mentality.Effective communication skills, oral and written.Strong organizational skills.Effectively communicate with people in potentially stressful situations.Ability to multi-task on a regular basis.Experience in Word, Excel, and Payroll processing and other applicable software programs.Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.Great Plains Dynamics is a plus, but not required.General knowledge of garnishment deductions.Benefits Coordinator:The Benefits Coordinator will oversee the day to day tasks of the Benefits Administration process. Must have solid experience in the Affordable Care Act and analytical proficiency in general benefits. A successful candidate will be able to multi-task on a regular basis, communication skills and a here-to-serve mindset while exemplifying a go-the-extra-mile attitude.Qualifications:3-4 years of benefits or related benefits experience.Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.Ability to work approximately 45-50 hours a week.Effective communication skills, oral and written.Experience in Word, Excel, and Payroll processing and other applicable software programs.Knowledge of company policies/procedures and benefit package or the ability and willingness to learn.Strong organizational skills.Effectively communicate with people in potentially stressful situations.Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.Great Plains Dynamics, PowerPoint and Publisher is a plus, but not required.Ability to multi-task on a regular basis.
