Summary

Our client looking for a utility operator who couldpotentially be a temp to permanent fill. The permanent role is anextrusion operator.

We would start the candidate out essentially asa helper to our production lines. They would work on tasks like

Assemble boxes forfinished goods

Transport full finished goods via forklift fromproduction to the warehouse.

As they progress we would have them start to provideline relief for lunches and breaks (here is where the machineoperation experience is key)

They would monitor a process and stop or startequipment.

Help withchangeover of equipment so Locking it out and performing a teardownclean and reassemble.

Obviously these would all happen after safety and OJTtraining.

Our goalhere would be that the candidate would transition into a full timeoperator.

Whileworking on the manufacturing team you will be given an opportunityto develop your skills through our training programs.

You start atan entrylevel position to learn the basics of our manufacturingprocesses and then have the chance to progress and become a machineoperator.

You will have opportunities to crosstrain and develop newskillsets for a successful career at our client.

The Production Associate is primarily responsible forperforming weighup and packaging duties within the productiondepartment.

Ensures the highest quality product at the lowestpossible cost and meets customer specifications and deliveryrequirements in accordance with Clients policies andprocedures.

EssentialFunctions

Obtains the correct documentation for the batch.Ensures the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area. Maybe required to obtain the correct ingredients for mixing and weighout the ingredients to meet the recipe specifications.

Sets up and starts any weighupor packaging machinery checking all controls for adherence tooperating / safety procedures.

Notifies appropriate personnel of any issues problemsor concerns in a timely manner.

Safely and neatly processes batch off screen cut uppackage and / or skid material to correct size / container according tocustomer specifications.

Performs all required machine cleaning.

Completes and maintains required paperworkand / or documents.

Follows and complies with all safety and work rules andregulations. Maintains departmental housekeepingstandards.
