**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues promptly.

**Responsibilities:**

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their technical concerns

- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and networking issues

- Assist in troubleshooting VPN connectivity and configuration problems

- Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues efficiently

- Utilize tools such as PSA and RMM to track and document support requests

- Offer desktop support for operating systems including Linux

- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving technical problems

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in technical support or a related field

- Proficiency in computer hardware, networking, and desktop support

- Familiarity with VPN setup and troubleshooting

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly

- Experience using ticketing systems like AutoTask

- Excellent customer service skills to handle client interactions effectively
