Due to our growing membership, we are currently seeking full-time Contact Center Representative to join Corda Credit Union. These folks work behind the scenes in our contact center and offer top-notch customer service and assistance to our members via telephone, text, and email communications. Our talented and trusted Contact Center Representatives are the wizards behind the magic. This position is in-person at our contact center in Hiawatha, IA, and will serve our membership located in 22 counties in Iowa.
