Night Auditor for Front Desk

Seeking an individual to be the face of our prestigious hotel during the overnight hours in Helena, MT. Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, delivering prompt and courteous service, and ensuring precise billing upon check-out to maintain our exceptional standards.

As a Night Auditor, you will act as a hotel ambassador, providing guests with details about hotel amenities, local points of interest, and dining choices, all while extending a warm welcome to every hotel guest.

Able to be a self-starter and work independently.

Your will be greeting our guests that arrive late at night and who are departing for those early flights! Come be a part of our acclaimed hotel team and embrace the night shift from 11 pm to 7 am.

Additional hours are available on other shifts if you are looking for more hours.

Compensation : $15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities :

Audits, balances, and reports on the various areas of the hotel (e.g., food and beverage, rooms, front desk, gift shop, etc.

to provide accurate and timely financial information on the hotel’s operational performance for the day. Oversees front office / front desk operations during the overnight shift.

• Prepares summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
• Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers.
• Verifies all account postings and balances.
• Summarizes results of operations and prepares reports for management.
• Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Attention to detail.
• Love numbers and is able to balance each night.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• The right applicant will be computer savvy and an exceptional multi-tasker who has a passion for creating truly memorable guest experiences.
• This is a client-facing position and requires a professional appearance. Facial piercings will need to be removed during working hours.

Applicant should have hotel-relevant experience with upscale hotels.

• The majority of the time employees are working independently, and time will be spent standing behind the desk assisting guests.
• Reliability is an absolute must.
