Ultimate Staffing is Hiring a Customer Service Rep Near Haverhill, MA

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our cold storage services. The CSR will handle inquiries, process orders, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

Type: Temp to Perm

Location: Haverhill, MA (100% onsite)

Pay: $22 - $24

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner addressing customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process incoming orders and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, preferences, and special instructions
  • Track and monitor orders, providing updates to customers as needed
  • Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts and updating existing information
  • Assist with billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure compliance with payment terms and conditions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with resolutions
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our customer management system

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics, warehouse, or cold storage environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer management software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
