Overview:

Seeking Assistant Office Manager

Construction Industry

$55,000 to $60,000

Payroll processing for multi-state / multi-union contractor.

· Timecard entry

· Garnishment processing

· Weekly payroll tax payment processing

· HSA and 401k contribution processing

· Certified Payroll Reporting – Multiple Platforms

New hire processing

Annual license management for field employees for multiple qualifications / multiple states

Accounts Payable

· Coding, data entry, payment processing

· Credit Card Management / Reconciliation

Basic office tasks (filing, preparing pre and post-project submittals, general reception).

Must have experience/strong grasp of Microsoft EXCEL.

SAGE 100 Contractor accounting software experience helpful

Ideal candidate should be achievement oriented, enjoy taking on challenges and work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
