About the position: As a Part-Time member of our Carryout Team you will assist in creating an excellent customer service experience.

What we are looking for:

• Team members with daytime availability between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri., and Sat. 20 -25 hours a week)
• Enter customer orders into the computer to be transmitted to the kitchen for preparation.
• Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints.
• Prepare daily cold food and beverages, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, beverages, or coffee using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures.
• Select food items from serving or storage areas and place them in carry-out containers. Package orders in boxes or in takeout bags.
• Prepare and serve cold drinks, mix milkshakes, and dispense ice cream and or sundaes.
• Clean and organize service areas.
• Pack food, utensils, and other items needed for Carry-Out Orders.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to walk constantly and the ability to lift /carry 10-20 lbs.
• Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
• Energetic - Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work.
• Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
• Active Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.
