Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customer and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Help clients as needed with insurance policy needs
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and records effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Experience working in a fast-paced office is a plus
- Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Knowledge of office management procedures, including calendar management
This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office setting or similar administrative role.
