Job Summary:
Join our team as an Account Representative in the Harrisonburg, VA area. We are looking for a proactive individual to manage client accounts, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting technical sales presentations, nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and utilizing CRM software to track interactions.
Duties:
- Conduct technical sales presentations to potential clients
- Manage and expand existing client accounts through regular communication and relationship-building
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Engage in business development activities to enhance market reach
