Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties, traveling anywhere from one to three properties per day. Radius of appointments is one hour from Harleysville, PA.

- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems

- Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and misc items around the home

- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed

- Repair drywall / patch

- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required

- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks

- Job Site Leadership (supervision/training of team members from time to time)

- Occasional quoting for new jobs

- Complete electronic timesheets and job reports

- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for jobs

Skills:
- 10 years on the job, problem solving/repair/maintenance for residential homes

- Self-motivated and easily able to think "on your feet"

- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Qualifications

- 10 years experience validated with references

- Clean criminal record

- Valid drivers license

- Transportation / basic hand tools

- Smart phone
