Spring Hill Realty, Inc. is a real estate management and investment company offering residential leasing in the Montgomery County suburbs and retail and commercial leasing throughout the Delaware Valley for over thirty years.

This position is being offered as full-time, highly responsible leasing consultant position. Duties require a high degree of initiative, follow-through and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet prospective residents and provide them with tours of the community, showcasing available units and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our properties.
• Process rental applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare leasing agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents, including coordinating events, conducting outreach, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and stay informed about competitive rental rates and trends in the local area.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure vacancies are filled promptly and resident retention goals are met.
• Assist with the preparation of leasing reports and documentation as needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience with administrative duties in real estate management
• Advanced Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• Ability to work within a team atmosphere.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
• Knowledge of budgets and basic accounting.
• Personable and able to communicate clearly with tenants and vendors.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
