RESPONSIBILITIES – Job Summary |
The Inside Sales/Customer Service representative for SmartCare Services is responsible to proactively promote conversations within targeted markets to develop interest that creates qualified leads, develops greater industry awareness, and grows existing relationships. Initiative, coupled with a competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused despite changing conditions are key for this role. This inside position will actively follow up on previously installed SmartDoors®, and with Healthcare/Hospital Networks who provide cancer treatment and have shielded doors. Another aspect of this position is to provide Customer Service for the SmartCare department by receiving and directing client calls for door service, as well as updating the CRM system (NetSuite) with leads/opportunities, contracts, billing, and reports.
