Asteroid Operating Company is a New Jersey-based, Full-Service Commercial, and Residential Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services Contractor.

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative who will be responsible for securing yearly contracts with commercial clients after completing the initial sales training program.

This position requires a forward-thinking approach involving regular communication with around 200 business owners and executives every week.

Other duties will include managing quotes to close sales, maintaining a pipeline of quotes to assure that targets are met.

Evaluating and inspecting mechanical systems to identify repair, modification, or maintenance needs.

Work H ours : Monday - Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm

Pay Scale : $65,000 - $75,000 base pay uncapped commissions

Required Qualifications :

• Magnetic personality
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Prospecting / cold-calling
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and ability to quickly learn other software programs
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in the mechanical or electrical services industries
