Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. They will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Duties:
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Reconcile accounts weekly
- Maintain vendor files and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues or inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Proficiency in public accounting principles and practices
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in using ledger software, Vadar a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
