Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as restaurant crew members. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by assisting with various tasks such as taking orders, preparing food items, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare food and beverage items according to Dairy Queen's standards and recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and soft-serve machines.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restroom facilities.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and team members.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
