**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for decorating cakes according to customer preferences and Dairy Queen standards. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the timely production of high-quality cakes that meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Decorate cakes and other dessert items using icing, frosting, and decorative elements such as edible images, fondant, and piping techniques.

- Follow customer orders and Dairy Queen guidelines to create visually appealing and delicious cakes.

- Ensure that all cakes are prepared and decorated with precision and attention to detail.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area, including equipment and supplies.

- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of decorating supplies and ingredients.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop new cake designs and seasonal offerings.

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a cake decorator or pastry chef, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bakery environment.

- Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in various cake decorating techniques, including piping, sculpting, and fondant work.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
