We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ecommerce manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales activities and driving our ecommerce strategy to maintain and increase profitability. You will collaborate closely with various teams including marketing, operations, Design and Product Development to ensure our online store is optimized for a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a result-oriented individual who has a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and trends, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of increasing online sales.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the eCommerce B2B storefront
• Develop and implement the company's ecommerce strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Partner with the Sr Director, Ecommerce and client teams to develop timelines aligned to content launch plans and implement efficient methodologies to speed the time to market while also delivering market-leading quality
• Collaborate with eCommerce team to deliver cohesive product launches and promotions across marketing and discoverability toolsets
• Oversee the daily operations of the online store, regularly monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop KPIs and analytics to review product performance understanding when and where to react to merchandising needs achieving sales goals
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective online campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal performance
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to drive online sales
• Optimize website content and user experience to enhance conversion rates and increase customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and preferences to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements

Educational/Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a similar industry
• A wealth of industry knowledge including current trends, consumer packaged goods and business philosophies around ecommerce
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and technologies
• Experience with online marketing and advertising techniques
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
