Victory Behavioral Center is a provider of compassionate, high-quality, and evidence-based ABA Therapy Services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. Home-based or center-based roles are available across the Mississippi Gulf Coast from Pass Christian to Ocean Springs.

Ongoing and consistent training and support is provided for all providers, including entry level.

Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work directly with individuals to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors
- Document client progress and behavior data
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify care plans
- Provide compassionate and emphathetic support to clients

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to maintain client confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations

- High School Diploma or equivalency

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children

- Proficiency in implementing behavior management techniques

- Knowledge of care plan development and implementation

- 12 credit hours of college

- Background in Psychology, Child development, healthcare, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
