- Full-cycle recruiting.
- General knowledge and experience working with ATS (preferably Paycor).
- Manage social media pages related to recruitment
- Oversee career email inbox and respond in a timely manner.
- Report generation for Talent Acquisition and related departments.
- Application distribution to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.
- Must possess proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing.
- Excellent people skills.
