Aux Trois Pommes is a world language program for children and adults offered in 2 locations and online. At Aux Trois Pommes, our success depends on people, productivity, and procedures. The office administrator is a supportive force in each of these areas. The ideal candidate for the role is a flexible problem-solver who has strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
· Greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage email inquiries, and maintain office efficiency
· Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing memos, forms, and making sure classroom supplies are in order
· Prepare and send invoices, maintain student databases, track accounts, and assist with copying and distributing other internal documents
· Update spreadsheets used by accounting, manage QuickBooks data entry and timesheets for payroll
· Schedule and track appointments
Required skills and qualifications
· Experience in office administration
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency with office applications including Google Sheets, Excel sheets and QuickBooks, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
· Proficiency with social media platforms for promoting business
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of School and Student information
· Ability to keep website up to date
· High school diploma or equivalent
Salary
Hourly: $20/hour
Training/trial : 2 months
No. of hours: 10 per week - fixed days as agreed by applicant and director
