- Direct Hire position
- $ 60,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Active Directory Management: Handle various Active Directory tasks to maintain our network's integrity and security.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software errors, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- AV and IT Equipment Setup: Set up and support audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms, printing solutions, and video conferencing systems.
- Optimize Production IT: Ensure that all production IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.
- Rapid Response: Address and resolve user issues promptly and effectively.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.
- Autonomy: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, adapting to various levels of technical expertise.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Communication: Explain technical issues clearly and effectively to users with varying levels of IT knowledge.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with computers, printers, mobile devices, and handheld devices.
- Education: Degree in IT, IT Support, Computer Science, or equivalent IT certifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Hands-On Experience: Proven experience working with computer/mobile devices and ticket systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
