Director Of Operations Job Requirements And Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Director of Operations or a Multi-Unit General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant group
- Strong business acumen with ability to recognize P&L opportunities and increase profitability
- Strong outgoing leader that creates an atmosphere where people feel valued
- A servant leader that works with his team and drives performance
- The ability to work within a structured environment and think creatively and independently
- Manage with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex situations
- Build and develop strong professional relationships with the team and the guests
- Be an active and visible part of the local business community
- Develop systems, processes and strategies to grow the business and it's reputation
- Collaborate with leadership and the management team to grow sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
