We are seeking a High-Volume Restaurant Manager for a premier waterfront restaurant that can lead and develop a team dedicated to delivering the highest level of hospitality to our guests.

Restaurant Manager Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant of 5 million or higher
• Strong outgoing leader that creates an atmosphere where people feel valued
• A servant leader that works with his team and drives performance
• The ability to work within a structured environment and think independently
• Manage with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Build and develop strong professional relationships with the team and the guests
• Collaborate with leadership and the management team to grow sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
