Production Operator
The Job Center Staffing is hiring Production Operators on 1st shift in the Greendale, IN area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
Compensation / Shift / Benefits of Production Operator
- $22.00 / Per Hour
- 1st 6 : 00a 6 : 30p Monday Thursday
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program Rent / Mortgage paid for a year.
- Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus
Responsibilities of Production Operator
- Runs and oversees automated production line
- Meet all quality and regulatory requirements.
- Runs and coordinates daily operation of Mogul equipment according to company guidelines and quality standards.
- Must have aptitude for machine operation
- Communicate any issues to Supervisor
- Most products are under 40 lbs.
Requirements of Production Operator
- Must be able to stand for 8 or 12 hours shift.
- Must be able to work any Overtime needed.
- Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Must be willing to follow GMP processes.
- Most products under 25 lbs., lifting could be consistent at this weight.
