La Posada is currently looking for a full-time Custodian to join our dynamic Environmental Services department. This position is scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 2 : 00 pm to 10 : 30 pm .

This dynamic person must have the following skills :
- Performs duties related to maintenance of hard floors including stripping, waxing, top-scrubbing and recoating, burnishing, dust mopping, wet mopping, and moving furniture.
- Performs duties related to the maintenance of carpets including shampooing, extraction, bonnet buffing, vacuuming, and moving furniture.
- Performs routine cleaning of a maintenance and corrective nature in assigned area.
- Is knowledgeable in proper chemical mixing and usage as it relates to the care of hard-surfaced floors, carpets, upholstery, and walls.

- Professional and Courteous Communication - Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with residents, patients, guests, and family members.
