BE'S Refreshments is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Green, WI

BE'S Refreshments offers Northeast Wisconsin businesses a personalized approach to break rooms and refreshments! Due to recent growth, we are looking to add an HR Manager to our team.

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy to support the overall business objectives. This position involves overseeing strategic HR initiatives, leading training, and development programs, fostering team and leadership growth, building a positive organizational culture, and promoting continuous professional development. The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for cultivating a dynamic and thriving work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to senior management on HR-related issues.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Assess the skills and development needs of employees and design initiatives to address gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a high-performance culture through effective team building and leadership development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance and maintain a positive organizational culture.
  • Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to foster a sense of belonging and pride among employees.
  • Establish processes for identifying and supporting individual professional development plans.
  • Facilitate the creation and implementation of career development initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM Certified preferred, but not required
  • 7 years of experience required
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of success in implementing strategic HR initiatives (Including onboarding and offboarding procedures).
  • ADA, OSHA, WC, FMLA/Leave as a strength
  • Software experience in Bamboo preferred
  • Designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
  • Leading culture-building initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing leaders and teams.
  • Visionary and forward-thinking.
  • Collaborative and team oriented.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
