Time for an exciting change? Due to our tremendous growth, BE’S Refreshments is seeking a Food Production Associate to join our awesome team in Green Bay, Wisconsin! This position will be 90% food production and 10% catering delivery when needed.

Hours: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 6:00am-2:30pm occasional nights

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality service to guests
• Ensure final quality check on food and beverage items prior to serving.
• Assemble a variety of salads, sandwiches, and parfaits according to recipe
• Clean, cut, and weigh produce
• Focus on presentation and aesthetic appeal of food items
• Pack finished items in correct containers according to packing sheets
• Practice strict food safety guidelines including correct temperatures and sanitation standards
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely, cleaning after each use
• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Effectively multitask and focus on time management by doing all of the above
• Assist in cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping
• Must be willing and able to help wherever needed
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a valid and clean driver license to occasionally drive company van
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment and evidence of collaborative skills
• Prior relevant experience preferred
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent problem solving and verbal communication skills
• Proven reliability and excellent attendance record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, twist and lift (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to work in variating temperatures including coolers
