As an Accounts Receivable Clerk at KFF, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring timely payments from our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continued success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable transactions and collections process.
- Generate invoices and statements for customers.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
