Who is a Claims Adjuster I?
Claims Adjuster I are our front line in communication, working directly with our clients and customers on a daily basis. One of CareGard’s Values is to wildly exceed clients’ expectations and this value is exemplified in our Adjusters. The ideal Ancillary Claims Adjuster will provide high quality customer service through various forms of contact. Ancillary Claims Adjusters are responsible for adjudicating ancillary claims (tire, etch, battery, windshield, etc) and answering questions about claims status and contract coverage for customers, repair facilities, and coworkers. This position is perfect for those looking to start their career as an adjuster.
