Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Inventory and plan physical installation of workstations to be deployed/replaced throughout the site
- Installation, configuration, and testing of Windows operating systems and related applications
- Migration of software and data from legacy systems
- Physical installation of workstations at locations throughout the site
- Ensure the operating system is running to specifications on all workstations, and any other attached hardware or devices
- High School Diploma
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or a related concentration
- Experience troubleshooting Windows & other common software issues
- Experience providing excellent customer service and professionalism
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Enthusiasm for technology, learning & teaching
- Working knowledge with Microsoft SCCM a plus, but not required
