Our company currently has developments in Kearney (LiveElement30.com), Norfolk (LiveLegacyBend.com), Grand Island (LiveLegacy34.com and TalonApartments.com) and Lexington (PrairieHeightsApartment.com).

Responsibilities:

· Works with and reports to the President for company marketing and promotional plans, including brand management and advertising

· Develops marketing strategies for advertising properties and services and implements strategies with marketing team members

· Reviews current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develops solutions within budgets

· Analyzes data, including website and social media conversion rates, and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales

· Brainstorms fresh advertising ideas with senior management

· Supervises multimedia specialist and coordinates with other marketing team members and ensures deadlines are met

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Work authorization (Required)

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Required)

· Three years of industry specific experience in marketing, such as graphic design or PR (Required)

· Experience with social media marketing: Facebook leads, TikTok advertising, Instagram, YouTube, Google ads (Required)

· Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills

· Detail oriented and thorough

· Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, Adobe Design Suite, and other design programs

· Flexibility in working with a rapidly changing environment

Schedule:

· 8-hour shift – occasionally longer shifts – total 40 hours weekly

· Monday thru Friday

· In-person, in office

Job Type: Full-time
