Responsible for providing support to the accounting department and other departments as needed. Performs a variety of routine to complex technical and administrative account support duties related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and department-specific technical account duties, including posting, balancing, adjusting, and maintaining manual and computerized account and financial records according to established policies and procedures.

· Perform a variety of accounting and clerical functions to support the department and company.

· Manage expense reporting processes including verifying and uploading expense data

· Complete customer credit checks

· Collect, review and research data transactions for reporting and reconciliation

· Record business transactions to the general ledger system.

· Complete customer credit checks

· Perform banking reconciliations.

• Suggest improvements in accuracy and efficiency

· Work with our ERP system and Microsoft office, including Excel.

· Assist in other departments and areas as needed

· Department project work as needed
