Job Summary:

We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to manage our operations on Amazon Seller Central with a strong focus on product listings, customer service, logistical coordination and fulfillment. This role involves maintaining accurate and attractive product listings, handling customer inquiries and issues directly on Amazon, and working closely with logistics providers to ensure efficient and problem-free shipping and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including updating photos, descriptions, and key features to maintain competitiveness and accuracy.
• Open and manage cases with Amazon to resolve any issues related to listings, fulfillment, or customer complaints.
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages on Amazon promptly, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to track shipments, resolve any shipping issues, and optimize the delivery process.
• Contribute to the packing and shipping process within our warehouse, ensuring products are properly prepared for shipment and meet all Amazon requirements.
• Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions, cases, and shipping details to ensure accountability and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to Amazon sales and fulfillment.
• Other various responsibilities as needed by the company

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing Amazon Seller Central or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong capability in handling customer service issues and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in managing detailed product listings and understanding of the Amazon fulfillment process.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for dealing with customers and external partners.
• High school diploma required

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Location and Work Hours:

This is an on-site position.

Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Salary: $23-$26 per hour
