Description :
- Answer inbound calls for customers inquiring about their current insurance coverages, billing, claims or any other questions on their account
- Process administrative changes to customer accounts - change in address, policy changes, etc.
- Quote new products and prices to customers
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- HS Diploma
- Property and Casualty insurance License required (if inactive, must be willing to reactive upon accepting offer)
- 6 months of insurance sales and experience
Work Environment :
- Hybrid - 3 days a week in office
- Hours : - 5
