We are looking for a high-level Retail Associate both full-time and part-time to support ASRV in the success of our third retail store.

The Retail Associate will be responsible for assisting in improving and facilitating the needs of a fast-growing business by continuously improving customer experience and collaborating with the Retail Store Manager in developing new ways to help ASRV become an industry leader in the retail space.

Retail Associate Job Brief

Responsibilities

As the Retail Associate, you will:

- Represent ASRV core values

- Passionate about customer service

- Be knowledgeable about ASRV products and ethos to assess customers’ needs and recommending the best products and advice to customers

- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure ASRV is always positively represented

- Be aware of subtle customer cues and respond appropriately

- Ensure sales floor is always up to ASRV standards

- Process sales transactions via the Shopify POS

- Perform responsibilities directed by the management team on a timely basis

- Assist management on all logistics i.e. Supply chain, inventory management etc.

- Greet customers in a timely, genuine, and engaging manor

- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the retail store

- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

- Support in the store consistently achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs and profitability goals

- Maintain a standard of cleanliness throughout the store

- Ensure sales floor is stocked and dressing rooms are clean

Qualifications

- Highly collaborative self-starter that embraces change and high-level thinking

- Experience in creative, brand driven and fast-paced environment

- Experience with true understanding of team needs and potential and partnering with management

- Flexible schedule, available to work full-time including weekends and some holidays

- Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds

- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance

- Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool

Pay range: $16/hr - $18/hr
