Qualified applicants should have at least 3years’ experience with individual and corporate accounting, full cycle bookkeeping on the cash and accrual basis, expert knowledge of QuickBooks, Payroll, Word, Excel, Outlook and other accounting software. Job duties include assisting firm’s clients with their bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, W2, 1099 and general ledger needs.

The applicant should also have a take charge attitude and be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written) and extremely detailed oriented. You must possess a willingness and eagerness to wear multiple-hats in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you should have a passion for accounting and helping entrepreneurs succeed.

Minimum Requirements

· 3 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping experience required.

· 3 years of bank reconciliation.

· Expert Knowledge of QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Payroll Functions and Excel

· Ability to maintain all business financials including A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts, bank deposits, and journal entries

· Perform month-end closing

· Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and other specialized reports requested by the client or the CPA.

· Excellent administrative skills required.

· Ability to train on QuickBooks

· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and experience communicating with clients

· Extremely detail oriented, self-starter, take charge personality

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
