Central Connecticut Endodontics is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Glastonbury, CT

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our dental office. If you have experience in dental or medical administrative support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our phone systems
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
- Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts to patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room

Skills:
- Proficient in using dental software systems a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

- Dental Insurance experience a plus

Candidate must have either 1 yr medical or dental experience. Dental experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
