We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team at our busy dental office. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice.

Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental scheduling software (e.g., Curve) - Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes - Maintain patient records and update medical history as necessary - Assist with managing patient flow and ensuring timely appointments - Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide necessary information - Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure efficient patient care - Process payments and maintain accurate financial records - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Experience: - Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred - - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of medical scheduling and recordkeeping procedures If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a dental office setting, we encourage you to apply for the Dental Receptionist position.
