Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental/healthcare management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Duties:
Interview, hire, train, and support staff
Manage all aspects of the medical office to ensure smooth operations
Hold staff meetings and huddles
Coordinate OSHA, HIPPA, and all compliance and training
Oversee treatment planning and follow up
Manage the hygiene schedule
Ensure that our patients receive excellent care and customer service
Manage patient billing, insurance claim processing, and collections
Maintain accurate and complete patient records
Oversee inventory and supply levels
Manage office marketing and social media
Coordinate office events
Manage office facilities and equipment
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in dental office management
Proficiency in dental or healthcare software

Pay: $77,565.00 - $84,339.00 per year
