The Senior Clinic Manager provides the direction necessary to manage the day-to-day business operations of all AACI primary care and dental clinics including planning, clinic operations, outcomes and quality. This position is responsible for development and maintenance of systems to maximize operational productivity and continuous evaluation of business operations of health clinic, ancillary and patient support areas. Also has significant responsibility for quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities. This position supervises the Clinic Managers, Medical Assisting Lead/manager, Clinic Clerk and Referral Lead.

Working conditions
Work is conducted in an office environment inside a standard clinic setting. Basic safety precautions and use of protective clothing or gear may be required. Occasional evenings and weekend work is required.
