Experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk needed for a busy contracting office.

Responsibilities

• Post payments to proper accounts
• Research CRM for information on project statuses
• Daily invoicing
• Daily bank deposits
• Reconcile credit card with report
• Maintain CRM database
• Light collections sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Skills

• Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk, accounts receivable manager or accountant
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Quickbooks (other software can be substituted)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Customer service orientation
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Some College a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
