Path Engineering is Hiring a Production Manager Near Germantown, WI
As a Production Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager), you'll be a key member of the leadership team, driving the discipline of safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement (SQDC). You'll develop and implement long and short-term strategic plans, drive significant plant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements, and work closely with the executive team.

- 5 years of demonstrated success within the machining industry.

- Strong operational and leadership acumen.
- Critical thinking skills to properly identify problem areas & potential solutions.
