As a Production Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager), you'll play a pivotal role in leading and influencing a dedicated team at a single plant location. You'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement (SQDC), contributing to revenue growth and profitability. You'll develop and implement strategic plans, drive significant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements, and work closely with the executive team.
