Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans

- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment

- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and coworkers

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members

- Ensure classroom materials and resources are organized and accessible

- Implement classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior

Skills:

- Classroom management: Ability to create a structured and engaging classroom environment

- Early childhood education: Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education

- Childhood development: Understanding of the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of children

- Caregiving: Ability to meet the basic needs of children, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. Familiarity with the operations and regulations of a daycare facility

Qualifications:

-Highschool diploma or equivalent

- Preferred previous experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting

- Communication skills, both verbal and written

- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working with young children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
