Job Summary:
We are seeking a Life Enrichment Partner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance the lives of individuals by planning and implementing engaging activities and programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Proven experience in organizing and facilitating recreational or therapeutic activities for diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Passion for improving the quality of life for others
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and stimulating programs and activities for individuals based on their interests and abilities
- Coordinate group outings, events, and special celebrations
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to create a supportive and inclusive environment
- Maintain accurate records of participation and program effectiveness
- Stay current on best practices and trends in life enrichment activities for continuous improvement
- Uphold safety standards and ensure a positive experience for all participants
