**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team and provide essential care and support to our residents. The Care Partner will assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living environment is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
- Strong observational skills to assess residents' needs and report any changes in condition.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide assistance with mobility and transferring residents as needed.
