**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Care Partner to provide compassionate care and support to our residents. The Care Partner will assist with activities of daily living, medication reminders, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks. This role requires a caring and nurturing individual who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience when working with residents
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with self-administration of medications
- Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' condition
**Additional Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and move residents with assistance
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Understanding and commitment to maintaining residents' privacy and dignity throughout care interactions
